Return & Exchange Policy

• All products are eligible for return or exchange without exception.
• Return or exchange period is 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
• For oud products, return or exchange is accepted if less than 2 grams have been used for testing.
• Perfumes can be returned or exchanged if only a few sprays were used for testing.
• Oils must not have touched the skin and should only be tested on fabric or tissues.
• Return and exchange delivery fees are covered by the company.
• Custom-made orders based on client specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Damaged goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
